For over 20 Years, I have been supporting people in their personal and professional growth – through training, consulting, and mentoring.
I am Dr. Mária Farkas – Life & Nutrition Coach and certified chemical engineer (PhD). Throughout my career, my focus has always been to share my knowledge and experience in a way that brings real value and meaningful progress to those I work with.
I believe that lasting change begins with discovering personal motivation – to me, this is both the most exciting and the most challenging part of the journey.
In recent years, I have expanded my toolkit as a Life & Nutrition Coach to support my clients with even greater awareness and focus.
As your coach, I support you in finding your unique path, unlocking your best self, and confidently progressing toward your goals.
Since childhood, I struggled with being overweight and spent years searching for a way to feel truly comfortable in my own body. After a long and determined journey, I lost nearly 40 kilograms – and along the way, sport and mindful nutrition became integral parts of my life. I learned how to listen to my body’s signals, and in doing so, began living a more harmonious and healthy life.
For over 20 years, I have been regularly active – training, running, and hiking – and I have taken part in numerous races and endurance events. The path has not always been easy, but I firmly believe that everyone can create a more conscious, balanced, and fulfilling life.
